Laura Flanagan, PhD, JD, is the CCO and GC of Oliver Luxxe Assets, LLC. In these roles she leads the firm's compliance program and acts as in-house counsel. 

Laura is a founder and CEO of 3iCO, LLC a regulatory compliance consultancy and Counsel in the New York office of Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld, a full-service law firm headquartered in Philadelphia. 

Laura graduated with honors from the Marymount, earning a B.A. in English. She earned her PhD in English Literature from Stonybrook University (SUNY), and received her JD with honors from Albany Law, Union University.
